    Applicable to purchases of GRAND VIDEOKE main units, special packages and items worth US $138 and above. For delivery areas considered as extended or remote areas, an extended area surcharge of $26 will be applied. Please provide a physical address as we do not deliver to PO box address.


    The tax/duty assessment is entirely up to your host country and will be the customer's responsibility if any is applied. Grand Videoke will only shoulder Philippine-side tax/duty and licenses.

    • Our order processing time is just one (1) business day.
    • For USA orders, delivery lead-time is based on customer’s selected shipping method:

  17. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied for certain reasons, you can return items within 30 days. Please email us so we could you provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions.

    You may return any merchandise for any of the following reasons:

    • Defective Items

    The product must be in its original delivery condition and must be returned prepaid and insured for the whole purchase price.

    In case of change of mind, please be informed that we will charge a restocking fee of 20% upon receipt of the returned item. For returns with missing parts/accessories, the cost of replacement shall be charged to the customer.
