A. Warranty Period


TJ Media, Co. Ltd. (TJ Media), through Audio-Video Solutions Corporation, warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of:

B. Terms and Conditions


If a product defect arises and a valid claim is received by TJ Media within the Warranty Period, at its opinion and to the extent permitted by law, TJ Media will either:

  1. Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
  2. Replace with a new or refurbished product that is at least functionally equivalent to the new product.

TJ Media may request replacement of defective parts with new or refurbished user-installable parts that TJ Media provides in fulfillment of its warranty obligation. A replacement product or part, including user-installable parts that have been installed in accordance with the instructions provided by TJ Media, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.


When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes TJ Media’s property.


Warranty for all cables and autovolt adapter is limited to manufacturing defects (materials and workmanship) and does not cover normal wear and tear.


C. Exclusions and Limitations


This warranty does not apply to:

  1. Customer installation, set up adjustments or signal reception problems.
  2. Defects or damage caused by natural disasters, accidents (such as immersion in water or dropping), misuse, abuse, negligence or unauthorized commercial use on any part of the product.
  3. Damage due to improper operation, maintenance or connection to incorrect voltage supply.
  4. Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of TJ Media, Audio-Video Solutions Corporation or their Authorized Service Providers.
  5. Product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without written permission from TJ Media.
  6. Consumables (such as batteries).
  7. Normal and customary wear and tear.
  8. Products which have had its serial number(s) and warranty seal(s) removed or made illegible.

Customer must provide proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or customer’s copy of the warranty card.

The warranty does not cover the cost of transporting the unit to and from the customer nor to and from the service center.
